Dr. Jeff is a DMV native who graduated with his B.S in Neurobiology and Physiology from University of Maryland, College Park. Jeff then went on to pursue his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in Glenside, PA. Jeff is certified in dry needling, orthopaedic manual therapy, and is a board certified orthopaedic clinical specialist. Jeff enjoys working with patients of all ages with a variety of orthopedic conditions and getting them back to doing what they love, whether that is picking up a 500lb deadlift or being able to pick up their grandchildren. Jeff uses a psychologically informed physical therapy treatment approach that incorporates both the musculoskeletal and neuromuscular system. Jeff emphasizes the importance of movement as medicine for both the mind and the body. In his free time, Jeff enjoys powerlifting, cycling, yoga, martial arts, cars, traveling, and going hiking with his two dogs.
