Jeff is a DMV native who graduated with his B.S in Neurobiology and Physiology from University of Maryland, College Park. Jeff then went on to pursue his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in Glenside, PA. While at Arcadia University, Jeff conducted research on collegiate swimmers looking at the association between shoulder pain and disability and adaptive changes in the shoulder across the swim season, and presented his findings at the American Physical Therapy Association Combined Sections Meeting. Jeff enjoys working with patients of all ages with a variety of orthopedic impairments and getting them back to doing what they love, whether that is picking up a 500lb deadlift or being able to pick up their grandchildren. He is experienced in treating high school athletes, weight lifters, and weekend warriors with a combination of manual therapy and functional training. Jeff emphasizes the importance of movement as medicine for both the mind and the body. In his free time, Jeff enjoys powerlifting, yoga, martial arts, cars, traveling, and going hiking with his dog, Om.
